High pressure humidifier

Why do you need a high pressure humidifier?

Humidity is an essential parameter in the climatic conditions here on earth, and natural and climatic conditions cause the level of humidity to vary greatly. This is a particularly crucial issue for industrial production facilities which depend on organic raw materials, and for industries where static electricity is a traditional and costly problem with incorrect humidity control.

A humidifier is a device that increases or maintains the humidity in a single room (zone)or an entire building (multiple zones). Industrial humidifiers are used when a specific humidity level must be maintained to preserve material properties, prevent static electricity and ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for workers.

Static problems are prevalent in industries such as packaging, printing, paper, plastics, textiles, electronics, automotive manufacturing and pharmaceuticals. Printers and paper manufacturers use humidifiers to prevent shrinkage and paper curl. Humidifiers also are needed in cold storage rooms to preserve the freshness of food against the dryness caused by air conditioning chillers.

High-Pressure Systems

High-pressure systems are a great way of controlling air humidification in medium to large areas accurately in an energy-efficient manner, providing considerable operating cost savings when compared to other humidifier technologies, such as steam or compressed air.

Our High-Pressure In-Room humidifiers utilise a high pressure (1,000 psi) pumping system to pressurise treated water and pump it through fan modules that have advanced atomization nozzles to ensure efficient evaporation. The nozzles produce extremely fine water droplets (10-20 microns). Due to the fine droplet size, the water can easily change its state into a vapour, then the energy required for this transformation is provided by the ambient air, causing a cooling effect.

This is known as adiabatic cooling.

How can RGP help?

We are passionate about sharing and developing only the best solutions for humidity and environmentally conscious evaporative cooling control. RGP has several decades of experience in the specification and installation of high-quality Condair HP humidification solutions. We advise on the type and size of equipment required, then install and service humidification systems for companies throughout the UK.

All installations, services, maintenance and replacements are carried out by visits on-site by our trained service technicians who can provide all the technical supports in order to achieve the best results. If required, all the necessary spare parts can be provided by RGP too.

We ensure that you are informed of system performance and recommended proactive checks and measures are in place to minimise system downtime and maximise the longest possible system life. We will help you achieve reduced operating costs and solve any challenges that you face with any system issues.

We supply, install and maintain all equipment from filtration, clarification, disinfection, as well as reverse osmosis and more because our goal is to create an end-to-end solution that you can trust. We can build and install tailored treatment systems for all your needs, cost-effectively to deliver you a rapid return on investment.

Talk to us about your supply of water and make considerable savings on your manufacturing costs through our water treatment systems. Our tailored systems help companies in all water areas make considerable savings by reducing maintenance and operating costs.
