“What I can say about the installation is that: From the first process to the last it was carried out professionally with no issues whatsoever. Every step of the way the information regarding what was going to happen during the installation and what was required for the installation was made very clear to me, making everything streamlined and easy to understand. Each team member working for RGP were approachable, knowledgeable, and experienced so it was very easy to speak to them and ask any questions regarding the humidification system. RGP worked alongside me to ensure that the installation had no effect on the production plans during the installation day. Even though the humidification system was throughout the entire factory we lost no production during the installation at all. The finished product is a neat, well thought out and executed system that works alongside all other process’ within the factory seamlessly. Once the install was completed a training session was conducted for the individuals on the engineering department and production department here at GPI, all aspects of day-to-day maintenance and operation were explained in detail with no questions left unanswered. The humidification system has had zero issues or faults since the moment it was switched on. The humidity levels are kept at the optimal level for the factory with the ML Princess 2 modules actuating flawlessly ,multiple times throughout the day. We were offered a service plan for the system, and we are taking RGP up on this offer due to the caliber of their work that we have experienced thus far. I wouldn’t hesitate to work alongside RGP any further work or installations required in the future. As you can see, we were very happy with the install, thank you.”
